Unglaublich. Ein sehr unerfreuliches Erlebnis.
The 5 month delay had nothing what so ever to do with me, and i resent the insinuation. I have no idea why someone sent this piece of jewelry to Germany with the return address of my house, that apparently was never received in Germany. For weeks on end Ms S-W sent me NUMEROUS emails, and messages asking if this had been returned to me. It was not, and I was accused of not looking or keeping this item somehow. I felt harassed about something I knew nothing about. After months of this continued harassment the post finally returned this in the mail that I had not sent originally- I have no idea who did and why it was not delivered originally, I was asked by ms S-W to send it registered mail to a specific address. This entails going to a specific post office in Zurich to do so, declaring contents, and a high postage fee. Not knowing how much it would cost I asked for payment in advance in order to do this. I sent the package back as asked the day after receipt of CHF 50 in my bank. She then asked me to reimburse the difference in actual cost by bank transfer- to which I was not , after all of this hassle to do (circa CH 20 difference). She then sent me a very nasty note claiming it was my duty to serve her request. No, first, we take no responsibility for items in our house. But actually this item was not left and returned by me originally, I have no idea why she thinks the return of it because someone used my return address should be my responsibility as a host. On request and when expenses paid I have returned all items of high value that have ever been left - whether emotional or real over the last 7 years. Never have I been hassled like this by someone who obviously does not value my time or acknowledge their own responsibility.
