Wir, 4 Freundinnen, verbrachten 3 Nächte im wunderschönen La Collina. Eine grosszügige, neu renovierte Wohnung mit grossem Wohn-Essraum, einer super gut ausgestatteten Küche, 2 Schlafzimmern und einem luxuriösem, grossen Badezimmer. Die Fenster sind alle mit Moskitonetzen ausgestattet, was im Sommer sehr hilfreich ist. Zur Wohnung gehört ein grosser Terrassen-Garten Vorplatz mit einer phantastischen Aussicht bis zum Lago Maggiore auf der italenischen Seite, dazu täglicher Sonnenuntergang. Ums Haus liegt ein grosser Garten und mehrere Reben, welche von der Familie bewirtschaftet werden. Es liegt am obersten Rand des Ortes Monteggio und ist eine absolute Oase der Ruhe. Das Frühstück war unübertrefflich mit vielen lokalen Produkten, dazu feine hausgemachte Confitüren. Familie Ferrari ist unglaublich gastfreundlich und herzlich, erfüllt jeden Wunsch und gibt gute Ausflugtips in der Umgebung. Der Ort liegt nahe der italienischen Grenze und Luino mit dem Wochenmarkt am Lago Maggiore ist nur ca. 15 Min. mit Auto entfernt. Keine 5 Min zu Fuss unterhalb gibt es eine Postautostation, welche regelmässige Fahrten nach Ponte Tresa bietet. Empfehlenswert sind die beiden Dorfer Sessa und Astano unweit oberhalb des Ortes mit feinen Restaurants. In Astano hat es sogar einen kleinen Badesee mit Mini Campingplatz (La Laghetto) , welcher von mehreren Quellen gespeist wird und eine wunderbare Abkühlung bietet im Sommer nach Ausflügen. Wir empfehlen dieses wunderbare, erholsame BnB am Rande vom Tessin allen, die Ruhe suchen, aber dennoch nahe von vielen attraktiven Wanderungen und anderen kleinen sehenswerten Orten ist.

Neu renovierte, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Wohnung.
Umgeben von Natur mit einer schönen Aussicht auf Berge und See.
Tolle Lage für Ausflüge in der Gegend zwischen Natur und Stadt.
