This traditional, mouth-wateringly scented bread has a soft crust with a wonderful golden sheen. Beloved by the Swiss and baked by many families themselves, it is part of the Sunday ritual around the country.

These guests had a very unpleasant surprise when they opened the door of 'their' room to find other guests asleep in 'their' bed!
